Kingdom Business Community (KBC) is a moral movement in the workplace in the form of a non-profit foundation, focused on equipping business people & workplace professionals to undergo a 'mindset transformation' in conducting Business / Work with a Noble Purpose (not merely profit-oriented) and to practice spiritual values in their work.
KBC was founded on January 14, 2005 by a community of business people & professionals in Jakarta (starting from just 10 people) and has grown to more than 20,000 members across 7 cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Jogja, Solo, Bali, Bandung) with more than 200 mentors / coaches.

Our History
From 10 People to a
National Movement
KBC was born from the longing of a small group of business people & professionals in Jakarta who wanted to build a business not merely chasing profit, but with a noble purpose — to practice Kingdom values in the workplace.
Starting with a small gathering on January 14, 2005 with only 10 people, KBC has now grown into a movement reaching more than 20,000 members across 7 major cities in Indonesia, accompanied by more than 200 experienced mentors & coaches.
